I have a strong interest in politics and racial justice.

“Change will come slowly, across generations, because old beliefs die hard even when demonstrably false.”— E. O. Wilson
I attended the Graduate School of Political Management at George Washington University to prepare myself to run for political office one day. While in D.C., I worked for Dick Gephardt (D-Mo.), the Democratic Majority Leader, under the Clinton Administration.
Since then I’ve run for my local school board twice. Even after I was endorsed by the local newspaper, The Austin-American Statesman, I narrowly lost the first race in 2008. https://www.statesman.com/article/20120901/NEWS/309006193 The race the following year was not as close, but it was all good experience for next time.
Today, in light or the senseless killing of George Floyd by the police, I am inspired to join the racial justice movement. I am in the early stages of starting a nonprofit that will work on solving the police non-accountability problem. I believe full police transparency is the key and that’s why I am creating the National Police Database Now movement. I think it’s an idea whose time has come and I hope to make it an election day issue. www.NationalPoliceDatabaseNow.com. The site is password protected. I enjoy performing and performance arts.

I was lead singer in a band called the Daddyz. (The Daddyz as Kiss on Halloween)
I had the lead role as King Findbar in the play, The Toothfairy’s Daughter.
The game of football is my lifelong passion.
I am a four year letterman and was a stand-out nose tackle on USC’s 1988, 1989 and 1990 Rose Bowl teams.
I played preseason for the Washington Redskins’ 1992 Super Bowl Championship team.
I coached on two Central Texas State Championship teams in 2010 and 2012 with the Four Points Vipers of Four Points Pop Warner.
I am currently the Defensive Line Coach at Marin Catholic High School. Go Wildcats!
I love working with the Trojan Family to make a difference.
If ever there was a man who gives selflessly of himself for others, it’s Ronnie Lott. Each year on Mother’s Day, he lends his celebrity for a great cause, Courageous Kids Day at Great America. This amazing event provides “a day away from cancer” for nearly 600 young cancer patients and their families from throughout California. The families are always so happy to see him. It’s not every day you get to meet a 4-time Super Bowl Champion. It’s one of the highlights of the day. I was fortunate to have worked with Ronnie Lott on the 17th and 18th Annual Courageous Kids Day. I handled public relations at the events.
(Fellow Trojan and 4-time Super Bowl Champion, Ronnie Lott)
I produced 6 musicals.
I was blessed to be able to create something so personal to me with some of the most wonderful people in the world. Without my friends and fellow co-founders, my dream of building River Place Student Theatre could never have become a reality.
